This was in the Book of Kells exhibit. I was unable to look too closely at these, hence the pictures.
BUT! They were very different from the others. To me, they are amazing. There are some illuminated books not on display that are highlighted in the exhibit as well. It’s possible these are from a different book.
People were walking by like it was normal, and I was like “holy crap, this is like an original copy of the Galactic Alliance Charter of 2451, signed on Centauri Prime.”
